What a provenance record should tell you

A material metric should identify its source, geographic scope, observation period, methodology or transformation, validation time, and publication status. Where a source URL is available, it should be inspectable from the interface.

Known gaps remain visible

Pyrametrics does not convert a missing feed into a modelled fact. Verified closing-price feeds, ownership and lien records, cadastral values, live zoning certificates, permits, lease and NOI evidence, and complete RAN geometry are not presented as generally available unless a published source supports them.
