Context before conversation
Pyra receives the active location, map state, relevant published market evidence, and—when authenticated—permitted user workspace context. This keeps answers tied to the transaction rather than to a generic chat session.
Evidence guardrails
Pyra should name material assumptions, distinguish unavailable data from zero, and avoid transferring authorities across jurisdictions. A Yucatán question should not be answered with CDMX regulatory bodies, and an asking-price sample should not be described as closing evidence.
